Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By downloading, activating, or using CanPro Mobile (“the App”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
CanPro Mobile is a parent companion for CanPro — a school canteen and attendance platform operated with participating schools and provided by BSoft. The App lets authorized parents view linked children’s canteen balances, purchases, attendance/activity, and card status, and submit school-approved card action requests.
The App does not process mobile payments or balance top-ups. Credits and related financial operations are handled by the school.
3. Accounts
- Parent accounts are created by the school (or school-authorized operators).
- You must keep your credentials confidential and use only accounts issued for you.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Misuse may result in suspension by the school and/or BSoft.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App only to:
- view information for students linked to your parent account; and
- request school-approved card actions (such as block or report lost) when available.
You must not attempt to access other families’ data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer the App beyond applicable legal rights, or use the App for unlawful purposes.
5. School role
Schools remain responsible for canteen operations, student linking, balance credits, card issuance/replacement, and attendance policies. Information shown in the App reflects data provided by the school’s CanPro systems and may update with delay.
6. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the App available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as schools configure CanPro or as we release updates.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, and related software are owned by BSoft or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
8. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an “as available” basis for informational parent access to school-provided canteen and related data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSoft disclaims warranties not expressly stated and is not liable for school operational decisions, incorrect school-provided data, or issues outside our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
